Rules and Regulations for Enrolment

1. Class is divided into different levels according to the standard of individual.
2. Term fee includes consumable materials required, unless otherwise specified. New  student  for Chinese painting requires a beginner set, available from us at HK$ 180. Other stationeries are available for sales. Please refer to our website www.artamaze.com.
3. Students are accepted by term only. No partial payment is accepted. Places are confirmed when your full payment is received even if you do not hear from us. Kindly enclose a self-address envelop if you require a receipt.
4. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the enrolment is unsuccessful. Unsuccessful enrolment (course full or cancelled) would be notified and your cheque will be returned by post.
5. During typhoon & rainy seasons, classes are cancelled according to announcement for primary school made by the Hong Kong Education Department. Lessons will be rescheduled in our office.
6. In event of sickness, no refund or rescheduled class will be given without a sick leave approval from the doctor. Absence uninformed before 48 hours wil not be rescheduled. There is no replacement lesson for language class.
7. In any case, Cecilia Ho's Arts Club and its staffs accept no responsibility for the loss or damage to a participant's property or injury or accident sustained during courses. Students, parents & guardians agree that no claims will be made against Cecilia Ho's Arts Club and its staffs.
8. Parents and guardians are recommended to wait outside the teaching venue.
9. We assume that existing students will continue on to the next term. Programs in next term usually are on a higher level. When a student wishes not to continue the next term, please let us know before the new term starts.
10.English is the common language used in our classes. Some specific classes are conducted in Mandarin or Cantonese.
11. Absence announced less than 24 hours will not be accepted. Maximum 2 absence allowed for 8 lessons.
12.Validity for paid lessons is within 4 months of invoice date.
