Rules and Regulations for Enrolment

  1. Classes offer to all students even if they are not from the participating schools. When required class is unavailable at schools, please take lesson from our Studio.
  2. When an enrolment is confirmed, please either transfer payment directly to our Hong Kong HSBC Account (004) 048 301774 838.  (Kindly notify us by email after transfer.) Or post us a check payable to “Cecilia Art Studio’’ to 16A Heng Shan Centre, 145 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong
  3. Term fee includes consumable materials required, unless otherwise specified. For Chinese painting, a beginner set is required at HK$180.
  4. Students are accepted by term (2-3 months) only.  No partial payment is accepted. A self-addressed envelop should be enclosed if you require a receipt.
  5. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless for unsuccessful enrolment (course full or cancelled) then your payment will be returned.
  6. During typhoon, rainy seasons or black rain signal, classes are cancelled according to announcement for primary school made by the Hong Kong Education Department. Lesson will be rescheduled in our Studio in Wanchai.
  7. In event of sickness, no refund or rescheduled class will be given without a sick leave approval from the doctor.  Absence announced less than 48 hours will not be accepted.  Maximum 2 absences are allowed for every 8 lessons with 4 month Validity. There is no replacement lesson for group language.
  8. In any case, Cecilia Arts Studio and its staffs accept no responsibility for the loss or damage to a participant’s property or injury or accident sustained during classes. Students, parents and guardians agree that no claims will be made against.
  9. For safety reason, parents and guardians have to pick up student on time at the teaching venue.
  10. We assume that existing students will continue on to the next term for higher level program. When student wishes not to, please let us know before the new term starts.
  11. English is the common languages used in our classes. Some specific classes are conducted in Mandarin or Cantonese.
